A Handbook of Chinese Synonyms (Learn English, Japanese and Korean)

A Handbook of Chinese Synonym is a thesaurus designed for intermediate and advanced Chinese learners who want to learn how to discriminate between synonyms. It contains a total of 725 sets of synonyms, totalling about 1600 words which are common and easy to misuse. The headwords in every set of synonyms are annotated with the part-of-speech, pinyin and corresponding translation in English, Japanese and Korean. There are three sections for every set of synonyms, named "Similarities and differences", "Collocation" and "Exercises".
